You can request a full refund within seven days of enrollment if you haven't completed more than 15% of the course material. This gives you enough time to explore the first modules and decide if the program fits your learning style.

Between days 8 and 30, we offer partial refunds on a case-by-case basis. Technical issues on our end, medical emergencies, or significant life changes are all factors we consider when reviewing these requests.

Certificate Program Guarantee

If you complete all assignments but don't receive your certificate due to an error on our side, you'll receive a full refund plus complimentary access to one additional course of your choice from our catalog.

How to Request a Refund

Our support team will respond within 48 business hours with next steps. During peak enrollment periods (typically September and January), this might extend to 72 hours.

We'll review your course progress and circumstances. If you qualify for a refund under our policy, we'll send you an approval notice with the expected processing timeline.

Payment Processing

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Credit card refunds might take an additional 3-5 days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.

When Refunds Don't Apply

After you've completed more than 30% of course content, regardless of timeframe. At that point, you've accessed a substantial portion of our educational materials and instructor feedback.

For courses purchased during promotional discounts of 50% or more. These deeply discounted offerings are final sale to maintain fair pricing for all students.

If you've downloaded course materials marked as copyrighted resources. Once you've saved these materials to your device, they can't be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Bundle packages where you've already received certificates for one or more courses within the bundle. You can't return part of a completed educational sequence.

More than 45 days after enrollment, except in cases of documented medical emergencies or technical failures on our platform that prevented course access.

Refunds appear within 7-12 business days from approval date. Your bank's processing schedule affects the exact timing.

PayPal Transactions

Typically processed within 3-5 business days. You'll see the credit in your PayPal balance first, which you can then transfer to your bank.

Bank Transfers

For direct bank payments, refunds take 10-15 business days as they require manual processing and international clearing for some Taiwan-based accounts.

Gift Enrollments

If someone purchased a course for you as a gift, refunds return to the original purchaser's payment method. You'll need their approval to proceed.
